Payments - our online payment pages are secure and encrypted, in store you can pay via card, Amex, cash, apple pay or Laybuy (if you have their app).

Range and Quality of Products - we cherry pick the products we sell from the thousands that are available with a view to getting those that we feel have great play value and offer value for money. We try to get toys to suit all budgets and all ages.

Customer Service - We're friendly and helpful to the customers who visit our shop and we treat our online customers just the same, we respond to questions and queries quickly and caringly and we pack our online orders with care and attention.

Delivery Service - We use the Royal Mail to deliver our online parcels. Deliveries are tracked and their service is excellent.

Sustainability - We choose suppliers who work sustainably, for example those who produce wooden toys from sustainably forested wood and who are taking steps to reduce packaging, particularly single use plastics. We re-use all packaging materials where possible and recycle those that can't be re-used.

We're Lovely People! - Well why not tell you this, we all like to deal with pleasant people. Here at Giddy Goat Toys we're a friendly bunch, the shop is family owned and we sponsor the goats who live in the local park as well as donate to local schools and charities.
